Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate operator account information, safeguarding login credentials and ensuring that only authorized staff access Brothers Express Ticketing System.
Ticket and passenger-data accuracy
Operators must enter correct route, fare, seat and passenger details at the time of booking. The operator remains responsible for ticket validity and compliance with applicable transport regulations.
Subscription and billing
Access is provided under a paid subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees, billing cycles and plan limits are described at purchase or in your commercial agreement.
Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available for daily operations but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
Optional Hotel Eye integration
Hotel Eye is a third-party verification service. Availability depends on your configured workflow. Unsupported partnership or government-approval claims must not be used when describing the integration.
